NPAT stable and the cost increases are from interest rates (cap raise will help to offset this), transport (hopefully a short term problem) depreciation and amortisation (these are non-cash so won't impact dividend payments)
Business is travelling well, top line growth is fantastic and well positioned in growth areas.
DDR plays the long game and doesnt react to quarter on quarter changes so the dividends are not in jeopardy
