Hi FHC, Could be a little optimistic but the impression I got was that our preliminary results have been so good that if they are still that good around Christmas when they are deciding on the regulatory trial it wasn’t a matter of if they could shorten the trial just how much it would be shortened.
It seemed that the fastest option would be to have the preselected Loci and monitor them for change past a threshold. This was a little risky if they choose the wrong loci. Although they also seemed to be considering if there were trial criteria they could design themselves that the FDA might accept. They are clearly putting a lot of work into choosing the best option for speed and getting the required results.
I’m also looking forward to having results from PKD, RP11 and ADOA running at the same time. I feel that might help with the share drift we experience in periods where there is no news. There would be a pretty solid wall of news coming from all three running at the same time.
