ALC would I'm sure be in a position to pay dividend by FY23 however I believe they will continue to expand into new countries & that will require cash.
Once ALC get to a significant scale they will attract big players for a takeover offer, that's inevitable because of the (healthcare) market they operate in.
So I think the chances of ALC ever trading at $36 are around 0.1%.
