What 521207126 mentions is correct. Bear in mind pre and post implementation will take up lots of time as well.
Clinicians generally are pretty much set in their ways, put two together and try to get a consensus ..
With that being said, I believe there is nothing stopping ALC from getting the contracts first as they work their pipelines...
And as they have done more, they will get better at this...
Its better to be slow and correct initially than to change later on...
