So FYTD Mar22 revenues in the technology division was $13m and they are forecasting FY22 revenues of ~$20-22m, so if 4Q returns to the run of the 1st two quarter (~5m) then you have ~$18m from the technology division and ~$2-4m from Aura IQ.
I wonder what the margins on that Aura IQ deal are because they really need the bulk of that to drop to the bottom line to bring the business back to profitability.
I think they now have ~10m in the back in Cash, so an EV of ~45m......if they can get the technology division PBT flat and then have decent margins from the Aura IQ business resulting in recurring PBT of 4-5m then we have a solid base to grow off.
