Except John said that larger merchants take months to onboard (again, seems more honest than previous 'takes minutes' we used to be fed) and most won't make changes over the Nov/Dec period. Don't expect to see any big increases to the speed of new merchant sign ups in the near future, let alone before "silly season". It will take a while but I believe it will improve in the medium term based on John's planned changes.
