Putting FA to one side and just coming at it from a TA perspective - check out the head and shoulders which formed between August last year and April this year (with the top of the head just after christmas.

New macro environment with the prospect of interest rates increasing for at least 12 months
Amazon's guidance was bearish for the entire sector
ProLogis large share price declines added to the volatility
Analysts have mixed views on whether the changing environment is a net positive or negative for Goodman
At $27 the SP was definitely over bought. But I also think that at $19 it is significantly over sold.
Great stock to buy and put in a drawer and come back and check in 5-10 years.
