Amazon got slammed last night. Metricon rumoured to be going bust today.
Target results showed supply chains are having a huge impact on the bottom line, and costs will need to be cut.
Gmg has both a huge development exposure and supply chain/logistics exposure. Couple that with rising rates and gmg is in line to get absolutely slammed. The one positive is that it has really low gearing.
Today will be another ugly day, and passive redemptions will force the likes of vanguard to sell more and more. She will be going much much lower. I'll be a buyer at a big enough discount.
