I will rework the figures after the next quarterly.
Q2 FY23e was about $331k cash burn. Fulfilment division savings of say $250k per quarter drops it to $81k = $135k revenue x 60% margin for break even. $135k / $15 per case = 9,000 extra cases than my forecast for the quarter without taking GMV into consideration.
Q4 FY23e was about $117k cash burn so will be cashflow positive with say $250k per quarter fulfilment division savings.
Q1 FY24e is currently first cashflow positive quarter in my estimates.
Expansion into new product verticals mentioned today. Already happening as there are food & snacks listed on Kaddy. Don't know why they are keeping it a secret & theshout.com.au article was removed. The TAM keeps getting larger.
