Paygroup PYG:ASX have just built a similar platform called Access Wages Earned for $2M and will release it to the Australian market next quarter where it will provide advance pay based on accrued wages only.
Paygroup is the leading platform for recruitment companies to manage contractors pay and other benefits. It is ideally placed to become a leader in this space.
A lot of HR platforms are in test for this type of product, MYOB through FlareHR and many others on Cero platform.
B4P business might be worth $2M ex-cash at best.
