to be clear the only comparison was to the number of customers between the two companies. It was to show that they don’t need to continue on some win at all cost acquisition of customers. Instead they could turn their current cohort into loyal customers that continue to transact more than 6 times a month. Build on their existing base slower and take on only credit worthy customers going forward.
by no means am I saying zip is in the same league as CommBank.
