They cant.
This is the point I made years ago about APT and everyone shut me down. It appears my predictions were right.
To stop lending to dead beats means they stop lending to more people. The law of diminishing returns for their credit algo means that they will severely hurt their growth to stop bad debts.
IMO the unit economics of this business are going to be in question.
