yeah... the consolidation hasn't made the stock reach the radar of people not looking for penny stocks... and price decline has continued.... in the absence of being a TO target, perhaps the lack of div yield is what is keeping DGA off peoples holdings?
record lower volume shouldn't be a surprise though - as there was a 1:10 consolidation - to increase volume would require a lot more $$$
