i have stated factually that they have reduced their overall spending. does that mean they are not spending any money? no it does not. but they have reduced expenditure based on prior quarters.

businesses still spend money yes? they need to invest to grow however they are pulling it in whilst still growing their turnover - this to me is a good sign. if they are grow revenue whilst reducing spending i would say overall this is positive..

you seem to be trying to be negative for the sake of it without really adding much other than 'they dropped 70m in a qtr' - do you expect in ONE qtr them to cease all spending completely? spend NIL?
