For a social media account so closely linked to Prophecy International to publicly like "he looks like an ape in a frock" could be concerning.

The issue is not necessarily about direct financial impacts being able to be identified. It is about risk mitigation. It is the potential customers who decide for themselves if there is an impact to their selection processes from Prophecy International's public image. An assessment of potential suppliers' CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is included in many selection processes.

Prophecy International could be seen as a poor fit for the customers CSR and as a company not controlling the risks to it's business and it's share holders being left holding the potential consequences. Why as as company would Prophecy International accept this risk. Are shareholders happy to accept this risk?
