Beg to differ. DDR has been on a tear since it bounced out of the 7's back in August. Vlad didn't start buying until the end of October but way back then, there were comments on this thread related to "when's Vlad buying...c'mon Vlad...where are ya?". Meanwhile, I was saying "who cares about Vlad...it's in the 7's...just buy it". Then DDR released their half yearly in August and it's risen by about 33% since the 1/2 yearly.
So all I'm saying is that the third quarter update and Vlad buying a couple of weeks ago has zero to do with the momentum that started back when pessimism seemed to be at it's lowest - back in August.
And I gotta tell ya, I'm a pretty happy camper right now. But I gotta wheel out that 'ole chestnut and say "geez...I wish I bought more".
