In regards to the rapid cost increasing, i just add all the costs together and try to find out how much should be cost to generate $1 revenue. From my calculations, in the last financial year, total expense is 33499 while revenue is 34355, the ratio is 1.026, while the past half year the total expense is 20050 while revenue is 18949, the ratio is 0.945. That is why i used "rapid increase costs".

I am fully aware of the possible bias caused by seasonality and I hope so to show me the ratio is increasing instead of back stepping.
