Kate as CEO is responsible for all. This is fact for all of us that in the investment world, if you promised and did not deliver that you will be punished.
I am very LT but in Tech world, you would have many competitors and you would not promise if you are unsure. It is better under promise and over deliver in Tech world. Kate has failed her KPIs and she must change quickly if she wants to be successful. Using the same excuses with timing will not improve investors's confidence.
