    She brought her company with her- she is the Founder.

    Merged then into the listed Alcidion, Kate Quirke became the new MD.
    This is longterm —building a substantial digital medical systems operations company. ALC provides essential ‘AI’ and digital tech upgrading or required new software for management in medical and hospital systems, particularly proven to improve patients care & outcomes and also is saving lives. Etc.

    But Kate is not a lightweight employed CEO.
    She has also bought significant shares on -market & in her husbands name + participated majorly in the capital raisings higher at 32c and 24c. She is a substantial holder in ALC.
