You could, but the 2023 macro is still uncertain in most parts of the world. Is the US going to have a recession (mild or deep)? Europe seems more likely. Asia perhaps country specific.
Agree JHX is a buy, but not sure on the 'strong' for me. I feel headwinds.
Long-term, with the Capex spend planned, property market turnaround, definitely can see blue skies (not sure why I have the weather analogies today??).
Certainly some positives going forward in today's numbers. The market disagrees it seems for the short-term though.
