My position is always undersized in my mind when I see a pick go up a lot!
If history is a tell, every time the SP jumps it recedes quite a bit. Sell it at $1 and buy it all back 70 cents? Do that a few times and you'll double your position for free, less capital gains taxes. Sounds good in theory. Of course, after years of holding and watching the pattern repeat, the one time I do sell, it'll rocket and never look back. The longer I invest, the more I believe the primary talent for success is simply the ability to hold a good company despite all the noise.
Be Well!
