He seemed to skim over why Linda is leaving, but the jist of seems to be that she doesn't agree with the rest of the board on the direction of the company. Read that however you want. Let's call it "creative differences" as they say in the entertainment business.

The fundamental problem here seems to be that this is a business doing $50m in revenue that can't make a buck. Seems like they're considering going back down the acquisition trail, which begs the question why? A business on track to do $80m in revenue in the next few years at even 10% EBITDA margin would meaningfully re-rate the stock multiples higher. No need for acquisitions just drive to that goal. Unless it's not obtainable.
