This is wrong....look at the update to see what their revenues were for the quarter
You said: their net cash balance over last 9 month going down
This is also wrong....look at their 4Cs over the last 4 quarter and you will see that cash has increased by ~5m since Jun23
Again, not sure what your motivation is, but if you are not interested in learning about the company and just want to make incorrect statements, best to put you on ignore as you have little to add to the discussion
