Looks good, but will be in losses while scaling their US assets. They wrote about reducing expenses and increasing revenue for the sale, as if they were not doing this already haha. Bit confused by that part but overall I think the sale should fund their growth. At least 12 months of funding behind them to get them there. Might need more debt in the future while their margins improve. US assets would be where the big money is.
