looking at the balance sheet they look to have been forced into divestiture of assets to meet current liability of $29m borrowings, with only $8.7m cash on hand. despite this NTA is strong, hopefully brand sale won't dent the future business too much but difficult to see where their growth options will come from. Property portfolio should help to stabilise SP around these levels but they need a way out of this debt burden.
