You’re falling into the same trap as many investors do.
They don’t understand that there are peak and low season in luxury sales. During the low season advertising costs ramp up along with discounting of items so margins fall.
Mum and Dad investors then take the low season quarter times it by 4 and think the business is declining. Actually this seasonality happens every year and you will see the share price decline as investors run for the doors.
So if you want to be a bear do so I’m Q3 but get the hell out before Q4 or you’ll get run over when new fashion lines comes out margins increase and cash starts flooding in the door.
