Couldn't agree more. I've worked in tourism for 20 years and almost every operator lacks scale - it's a fragmented industry of mum and dad operations at heart. EXP is one of the few that have scale, in addition to diversity both in terms of offerings and geography, a degree of vertical integration and a variety of revenue streams.
If you were a multi national looking to quickly build a presence in Australian tourism, paying 100-200 million for EXP would be an absolute no brainer.
