I am not a fan of the strategic review either. Wait a couple years - the stock should be much higher then - and then announce the strategic review if Execs still want to sell the Co. That'll get you a premium based off a more 'normal' baseline, rather than a premium based on a recovering business cycle. Seems like short term thinking to me.
