"Bacterial prevalence lower than expected" = taking this is presented as a positive sign, e.g., proving more viral and less bacterial helps argument about over-prescription of antibiotics for bacterial infection that could/should be cut back considering proof of higher viral infection than anticipated?

"implementing patient enrollment "enrichment" plan" = might have missed any discussion on this before, if so apologies, is this enriching the quality of the patient in terms of getting better data from the tests? Would hope not as that might mean the data might need improving for CLIA submission/ current 351 patients not giving data of sufficient quiality? Start the testing program over? Or maybe thats being pessimistic and what they mean by enriching is speeding it up to get the 500 patients over the line quickly and trigger milestone payment of $300k?
