Answered both questions in final slide =
"implement strategies to maintain and improve the rate of bacterial postive patients enrolled" suggests its actually a problem having a lower amount of bacterial prevalence and that they need more of them to support the the CLIA submission. If so, means an extended testing period whilst they address this issue and come up with a plan, and then get more "useful" patients to test.
Thats my reading of it anyway :-(
