I wouldn't characterise them as being low. Cash receipts are reflective of the work performed on the YVW contract for the period. Other than some minor dev work fees from Brickworks cash from YVW is the main source of CF.
We have no visibility on WC/timing differences. Its possible Delorean invoiced YVW prior to end of Quarter with payment receipts outstanding.
