Absolutely right LCE. The staging of the development and the point at which invoices are issued is unknown to us. The value of uninvoiced work-in-progress is unknown and therefore where only one project is currently the main source of revenue the current cash receipts are not a good indication of the actual financial status of the project contractor. It all looks OK to me.
