I do empathise with the holders of CTT, this fall in share price has shocked me. I am speaking as someone who owned the stock.
The company had a 1st Half NPAT of $4.7 million which has been wiped out in a quarter with a $(4.7 million) EBITDA loss.
Judging from the commentary provided, any profit in the final quarter would salvage what has been a harrowing year. April sales are shaky.
The P/S is attractive but only by itself. When you think of Cettire as a historically successful (profitable) company, it would take significant Q4 earnings for an attractive P/E. Say 5 million, and then on a market cap of 190 million you would have a P/E of under 40. Which can be seen as good for growth companies.
