One thing that jumped out at me from the video is that at about the 14:00 mark they show that, in addition to the 3 cohorts originally planned, they’ve now added another, higher dose cohort (90 micrograms!)
Of course that will add to the trial’s running time but I guess it may also show up efficacy faster (providing there are no SAE.)
