to go for a dose that high says a few things. 1/ they are confident about the SE(or lack of) 2/they wast to show how much drug they can deliver if they try 3/it may mean they can look in that eye in a few months and see progress which would be something…. 4/rthere was another reason mentioned but that escapes me.
