keep in mind the sellers were not investors. They were traders looking for a quick buck. Those that kept overnight got burnt. The share price will move back to where it should have been before this rumour fed frenzy. When there is news, beyond what we already know, and has already been priced in, the SP will move north again.
A potential scenario is Lou hinted at something he was not cleared to and attempted to back peddle with this empty presentation. Could have been deliberately bland. Hard to imagine this could have been anything but deliberate.
