I agree as a holder that I think they should sharpen up on their professionalism and image. It's all well and good to say the science is what matters, and it certainly does, however branding and other "peripheral" polishes are what make a company memorable and interesting enough to investigate what they are up to further (and garner interest in further potential funding, investment, partnerships etc. in the future).
