In event of of a successful takeover PVDM must be afforded the opportunity and support to keep pursuing his passion Akida 5.0 so Akida is not buried like his previous ideas. Cyber Security !!!
The money well that will take care of itself and I think not the clincher of the deal.
Any takeover offer needs to intelligently deal with Anil and Peter and their aspirations beyond the dollars so they keep them ON BOARD.
Nobody else is required to take Akida to Generalised Artificial Intelligence - this is what is required for deep space missions.
