Now the hard bit - to fill it up and sell it all. It amazes me how DDR make it all look easy. Not even much of a blip on the balance sheet thru all of this. Hold it long term, short term trade it, hold for yield or total return but dare not try too many shorting tricks or the savvy buyers will pounce on you - that is how it looks to me.
