Short answer is not completely nostaj.
I've done some further reading which has provided some enlightenment - for instance CCR employs a legal team which provides credit services and which it bills its clients for (approx 15% of total revenues). The bread and butter operations bills clients over contract term as performance obligations are met - which means CCR clips some of the ticket as recoveries are passed through to the client. But whether there are any platform / fixed fees which help with overhead recovery and de-risk the performance regime in the contracts remains to be seen.
Still waiting on that Q4 profit upgrade...
