Cost cutting announcement was 27/03, but we have little or no context around when it is effective from, March?? April?? So there should be an improvement on burn at least, but this begs the question as to why when internally they knew Ohm was failing that they didn't trim the excessive fat then???

What we do know is these guys cannot close or manage all that effectively and are in the reactive and not proactive camp.

Who buys debt, that is simple financial predators, it will cost a pretty penny, might dilute the registry to a point where our investments are toast.

What we do know is DM gives not a sheet about the regular investors, values spin over frankness, but at least for the sake of self preservation, might just get this case of baskets across the line to be bought out.

That is pretty much our only out here now I think, this company is not capable of success in its own right with the caliber of management we have. The ability to be bought out hinges on the LIFX white not being a total fiasco.

Nobody will buy a company burning cash like Christmas.

Even with all these cost cutting exercises for 6 months lol still burning away lol.

Distribution problems, manufacturing cost too much, MA and TP run away.

It's sheet show big time.
