Maybe many, like me, are just getting impatient for the final turnaround. 18% refunds is a worry but maybe that is nature of business. Funny thing is I remember reading somewhere that repeat customers are high. You would think that if you have to cancel or they cancel you wouldnt bother using it again. Also reluctant to sell as I think now wouldnt be a bad time for a bigger company to swallow them up.
