It's basically trading at cash NTA so at this price you are getting the business for free. Thats obviously why Microequities brought into it. They have made $2.5m in the last 9 months. The last quarter is seasonally the worst for them with in relation to defaults so my guess is that they will be more profitable in Q4. I think the CL is a great idea, low cost way to grow their business and won't distract them from their core business. Great opportunity here to get a good business for free.
