The last quarter is seasonally the worst for them with in relation to defaults so my guess is that they will be more profitable in Q4. I think the CL is a great idea, low cost way to grow their business and won't distract them from their core business. Great opportunity here to get a good business for free.

I can assure you, if they have $30m in BV equity and $18m in cash they are not "basically trading at cash NTA."
