    The issue isn't lack of belief in adtech, the problem is with the company and management behind it.

    EN1 has underperformed in a thriving market, management have been callous with funding made available and failed to deliver results which would reward SH.

    Since IPO the register has been diluted by nearly 1000% eroding investors wealth which backed the company upon inception into the ASX.

    Revenues for the company have contracted and the narrative of ongoing growth appears to be over.

    The EN1 tech is struggling to capture 0.00004 % of a highly competitive programmatic advertising market claimed to US $397 Billion.

    Now the company is planning to focus on CTV advertising purported to be US $11.8 Billion.

    If EN1 can't capture a minuscule piece of of an enormous programmatic ad market, what hope does it have with targeting a CTV market which is 3 % of that size.

    EN1 revenue is diminishing and any investment in the company will mirror the company's decline.

    Due to ongoing risk regarding funding, dilution to shareholders, outstanding litigation costs and management inability to deliver, the ability for the company to remain a going concern.

    A fair and reasonable valuation for EN1 is $ZERO and worthy only a lottery ticket donation if you like to gamble.
