You have to wonder why the government makes the ASX in charge of regulations but also in the asx interests to get more revenue so they obviously turn a blind eye to market manipulation .With Neuren sale the other day the normal custodians we’re on both sides of the crossing and have been doing it for a long time .I spoke to asic a couple of years ago about this matter and they said they would get back to me ,I am still waiting!!!
