Little T, great points re potential milestone payment upon FDA submission (hopefully around June). The company has openly said they expect $111M from 2 x milestone payments and the sale of their PRV portion (one third). Say the PRV is expected to sell for $90M, then we will get $30M. Leaves around $80M from the 2 x milestone payments. If they are spilt equally, then we may expect $40M around June / July if payment is triggered upon FDA submission. So, given we are fully funded to see all 2591 trials to the end of Phase 2, we have 4 options (as I see them); 1.Sit on the cash. Lazy balance sheet. Can't see this happening 2. Accelerate Phase 3 trials if we decide to go it alone and not partner like we did for Trof 3. Partner for 2591 and release excess cash via form of divided (not sure of Aust franking credits so may come with personal tax implications for individual shareholders) 4. Partner for 2591 and initiate a Share buy back......as Little T said, that will get rid of the manipulation in order, I'm hoping for 2 then 4 then 3 then 1. Comments please....
