    I agree with you an absolute joke. They couldn’t organise a pissup at a brewery!
    So now the Heads of agreement will hopefully be signed late February. Is Valens having second thoughts? Are they hopefully looking at taking over the Southport site and get rid of the senior management and hopeless board! One can only hope for the sake of this company.
    What happens if Valens delays the February signing - will not look good for quarters of funding available.
