Ive been inside before. Although it was a while ago . Extraction tanks are i think from memory 2x4000L vessels. Fair bit of E&H gear. All pharma grade stuff.
Rooms themselves arnt that big but when they say "biggest" i assume there extraction ability.
Equipment new, not including building would be >$8m.
