I read that Globe and Mail article yesterday in relation to B2 and was thinking the same re the credibility of sources like the 'African Defense Forum'.
The government is now at the point where the new mining code is discouraging new investment right now such as B2's second Fekola mill/or satellite trucking to Fekola. The government needs (and wants) that extra production, especially with gold prices doing well.
